Processing Time:

Getting your order ready, checking and packing will take some times, but don't worry, usually it takes 3-4 days for everything to be good to ship. While we encourage large orders, but please also note that it will take longer to process depending on the number of items.

During the holiday/delay seasons, processing time can take up to 6 days. We want to make sure that your order is free of mistakes and issues e.g. wrong item sent, quality problems. Please be assured we are working hard on it! If you have any concerns, please contact us any time!

IMPORTANT: To avoid delays in your order due to out of stock items, please order  more recent items so that your order will be processed smoothly and quickly.

Express Shipping 3-5 Days (Based on Price)

This is for all orders shipped via DHL Express with tracking and signature confirmation. After your order has been marked as shipped, we will send you the tracking number in 1-2 days because all packages have to go through a checkpoint at Hong Kong before they are dispatched.

Delivery rates is based on order amount, see below

$0 - $500 : $25

$500 - $1000 : $37.5

$1000 - $1500 : $50

$1500 - $2000 : $75

$2000 - and up: $100

Custom Duty and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
